Preloved Goods & Consumer Rights Notice:

All prams are sold as preloved items (second hand) unless stated otherwise, and may show signs of reasonable wear and tear consistent with prior use.

The item is sold as seen ( in-person sales)  or as described (online sales) at the time of purchase.

In accordance with the consumer rights act 2015, the item must be of satisfactory quality, fir for purpose and as described, taking into account its age and second hand condition.

The buyer is requested to inspect  promptly. Any issues relating to the item not matching the description or not functioning at the time of sale must be reported within 48 hours of collection or delivery.

This does not cover fair wear and tear , accidental damage , misuse or faults that arise after the sale.

No manufacturers warranty is provided unless expressly stated in writing.
